I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions, such as graduating, starting a new career, or coping with the loss of a loved one. Whether you are navigating burnout, relationship difficulties, personal growth challenges, or major life changes, I work collaboratively with you to build healthier coping strategies, strengthen self-awareness, and foster greater confidence and emotional resilience. My goal is to help you feel more empowered to navigate challenges and make meaningful decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

I am committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel supported and understood throughout your therapeutic journey. I use an integrative approach that draws from several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Attachment-Based Therapy, to provide support that feels both personalized and effective. Together, we can explore life’s challenges, strengthen emotional awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change within a supportive and welcoming environment.

Outside the office:
In my personal time, I enjoy immersing myself in nature and recharging through hiking and time outdoors. I also love reading, which helps me continue growing both personally and professionally. When time permits, I enjoy travelling and exploring new places and cultures. Most importantly, I value quality time with family and friends and find joy in meaningful connections, community involvement, and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
