Everyone is on a unique journey, which can be challenging at times. Often, this leads people to experience anxiety, depression, racing thoughts, sleepless nights and low mood. In those times, people get stuck and don’t know how to move forward. They want help but don’t know how to approach it or where to start.

Therapy can be a key to getting unstuck and making positive change. My approach involves creating a positive and inviting space and tailoring treatment to each of your needs to help you move closer to your therapeutic goals. I use an integrative approach that draws from several evidence-based modalities. I prioritize providing a safe, non-judgmental environment where youcan share your stories while navigating life’s challenges.

Outside the office:

When I am not practicing therapy, I love immersing myself in nature and recharging outdoors by taking hikes. I also enjoy reading a good book, which helps me grow personally and professionally. When time permits, I enjoy travelling to explore new places and cultures. Most of all, I value quality time with my family and friends and find joy in connecting with my community, fostering meaningful relationships and making a positive impact.
