Counselling can help people learn concrete coping skills and techniques to manage work-related stress.  Workplace counselling is short-term and so the sessions are centred around problem-solving.  Therapy is focused on improving an individual’s communication skills, as well as other conflict resolution skills.  These skills are intended to be applied in the workplace to improve one’s experience at work and mental well-being.

Our workplace counselling services are grounded in a preliminary holistic assessment of each employee’s needs.  Atia Counselling Group recognizes that employees who face workplace issues may also be impacted by concerns outside of work.  Our initial meeting will focus on determining your main concerns.  Your therapy will be tailored around those needs.
