Helen Elraheb – Social Worker MSW, RSW
Helen has over 15 years of clinical social work experience working with children, adolescents, adults, individual, family, group and couples in therapy. Her focus is on mental health and well being, specifically addressing anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, problem-solving, decision making, time management, and organizational skills.
She has certification and training in multiple treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, brief and solution focused therapy as well as narrative therapy.
Helen believes in personal empowerment and self-sufficiency. Her focus is to support people in building resilience and help build the skills needed to manage and cope with life’s obstacles and difficulties as efficiently and expediently as possible.
