I take pride in helping you find self-compassion, and build on your existing strengths.

About Stacy

I am a registered Social Worker (RSW) with eight years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families. I will work with you to develop goals that best suit your needs. I use a custom combination of approaches, including Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness through a trauma-informed lens.

I can also support you if you are experiencing compassion and caregiver fatigue/burnout. It is stressful supporting loved ones with chronic illness and mental health problems; sometimes, the best way to help them is to take care of yourself.

I can also help you with issues related to trauma anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, grief/loss and a variety of life transitions, such as; gender identity, sexual orientation, retirement, change in relationship status, and more.

I take pride in helping you find self-compassion, and build on your existing strengths to make positive gains in your life in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
